I have lived in this apartment complex for about six months now and overall it has been a great experience. My apartment ... is spacious and I really enjoy the sun room and the extra storage space on the balcony. These small touches make a big difference in day-to-day comfort. One of the standout parts of living here has been the staff. My leasing consultant, Daya, has been truly wonderful. She is helpful, welcoming, and goes out of her way to make residents feel at home. On my birthday, I received a small handwritten card which meant a lot. It is thoughtful gestures like this that really make the community feel special. The maintenance service is also reliable. Johnny, the maintenance supervisor, is both friendly and quick to respond to requests, which I really appreciate. The only downside has been the included internet. It tends to be weak and inconsistent at times, which can be frustrating, especially when working from home. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this complex. The only down side is we can’t move in yet because we’re stuck in a ... not so great lease but we are so looking forward to being able to move in to Langley Pointe thanks to Daya’s absolutely wonderful tour of the property and apartments! She was immediately warm and welcoming, not overly “sales”, was willing to answer our 101 questions without blinking an eye, and showed us the property and different apartment choices at our leisure! We moved here back in May and have not regretted it for a moment. The front office staff that we have worked with, Chauncey ... and Chris, are top-notch!! Being a new apartment of course you are going to have some hiccups here and there, but I will tell you Stanley, our maintenance technician, is on top of it!!!
